Sovifo operates sovifo.com as an online retailer. These terms apply when you browse our website or buy products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked on our website. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Products, Prices, and Orders

We aim to show accurate product descriptions, images, prices, availability, and applicable charges. Product appearance may differ slightly from images. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. The total price, including any applicable taxes, is shown before you place an order. We may correct a clear listing error and will contact you before fulfilling an affected order; if you do not accept the corrected terms, we will cancel and refund the order.

An order is subject to payment authorization and our acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If payment was collected for a canceled order, we will refund it to the original payment method.

Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. Please review our Shipping Policy for delivery estimates and costs and our Return and Refund Policy for eligibility, return shipping responsibility, and refund timing. You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate delivery address. Contact hello@sovifo.com promptly if an address needs correction; a change may not be possible after shipment.

Brand and Warranty Information

Sovifo is a retailer, not the manufacturer of SKIL products. SKIL names, logos, and product marks belong to their respective owners. Any manufacturer warranty is subject to the applicable terms supplied with the specific product and the manufacturer’s requirements. Product pages and packaging may provide additional warranty details. Nothing in these terms removes a manufacturer warranty or a right you have under law.

Use of the Website

You may use this website for lawful shopping and information. Do not interfere with site security, upload malicious code, misuse another person’s account, or use site content in a way that violates applicable rights. Website content is owned by Sovifo or used with permission; third-party marks remain the property of their owners.
