Where we ship and what it costs

Sovifo ships only to eligible addresses in the United States. Standard shipping is free on all eligible U.S. orders, with no minimum order value. We do not currently ship outside the United States. Delivery availability for your address is confirmed at checkout.

Processing and delivery times

We generally prepare orders within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Transit after shipment generally takes 7–15 business days. The estimated total time from order confirmation to delivery is 10–20 business days. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking and delivery issues

We will send an order confirmation and, once the order ships, a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives a package. Weather, holidays, carrier delays, and other events can affect delivery. If an order is delayed, lost, damaged in transit, or delivered incorrectly, email hello@sovifo.com with your order number so we can investigate.

Shipping addresses

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us promptly. We will try to correct it before shipment, but changes may not be possible after the package is handed to the carrier.
