Payment Terms

Prices on Sovifo are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. The product price, any applicable taxes, and the final order total are shown at checkout before you place your order. Standard shipping to eligible U.S. addresses is free as described in our Shipping Policy.

Payment is due when you place an order. The payment methods available for your purchase are those displayed at checkout. We do not ask you to send payment card details by email.

Payments are processed through the providers available on our Shopify checkout. If a payment is declined or cannot be verified, the order may not be accepted or fulfilled. We may contact you if we need to resolve a payment or order issue.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, or if a return qualifies for a refund, we will issue the refund to the original payment method. Refund eligibility and processing time are explained in our Return and Refund Policy. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.
